The specialties you select should be based on your experience and expertise. When you conduct searches, your selected specialties will help target the jobs you see.
To make your selections, tap on your name in the top right corner of any page.
Tap “Job Preferences” in the menu on the left of the page.
Tap “Edit” to the right of the “What You Do” section.
Choose a job role from the drop down menu under “Edit your job preferences”.
Consider the specialties options on the right and check each that apply to your job search.
Choose “Update Matches”.
These can be updated any time. Industries can be selected later when you run a search.
