We suggest keeping a Ladders resume posted so it can be searchable by the 200,000+ employers who use our site. You can import your personal resume to our Resume page, or create one using our builder. Find that feature here:
If possible, you should be looking at the new jobs we post every day, so that you don't miss any opportunities. We recommend applying to 3-5 relevant jobs per week. Don't forget to use our Comparison Tool. This can help you decide what to highlight in your cover letter, and what positions you should take the time to apply for.
You can also set up Saved Searches. This will trigger weekly updates when new positions are posted that match your search criteria. We'll also be emailing you with relevant jobs that match your skill set during the week.
Once you land an interview, check out our News & Advice section for tips on everything from interviewing to salary negotiation. You can also use the navigation in the header to get more background information on companies that interest you, as well as any relevant salary information available. Find that here:
