Links in your emails are not working

First, please sign into your account: http://theladders.com/login

Then, open a new tab in your browser and open your email client to access the email we sent to you. Now click on a link in the email and you should be taken directly to the appropriate page. Your Browser tabs should look like this:

If the Ladders Page shows a 404 error, please contact our Customer Service team and we will locate the correct article for you.
