To access your visibility settings:
Tap your name in the top right corner of any page within your account.
You will be taken to your Account page.
At the bottom of the “Account Info” section, you will see one of two options:
“Public Profile: Not visible to public” or “Public Profile: Visible to public”.
Your profile will automatically become public when you add connections like references you have given or received, or information about peers, reports, or bosses to the page.
To choose the “Not visible to public” option, delete your networking contacts and connections from your profile page.
When toggled off, you’ll see:
Tap the button at the right and it will turn green, with the “Visible to public” message displayed.
We highly recommend having your visibility turned on as part of your Ladders experience.
