What does “Apply4Me” mean?

Apply4Me is a Premium feature created by Ladders in response to our most regular complaint about the job search process: “Job applications are frustrating and time-consuming! Why can’t they be simpler?”

Because this complaint doesn’t stem from the Ladders service itself, but is a general issue for professionals following their career path, we had to dig deep to come up with a dedicated Ladders solution.

Apply4Me is that solution and here’s how it works:

  • Upgrade to Premium membership and start looking for available jobs.

  • Check out jobs from your search results and see Apply4Me as one of your options.

  • Click the Apply4Me button and the Ladders team will deal with the application for you.

  • Receive an email from Ladders if we need any additional information.

  • Send that additional info and we’ll process it into your application on your behalf.

  • Receive an email from Ladders confirming that your application has been sent.

And that’s it!
