How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel on the site at any time. Your subscription information is available here:
 
https://www.theladders.com/account-info/subscription 

Basic members: You will no longer receive emails from Ladders and your profile will no longer be visible to recruiters. To cancel:


  1. Tap on your name in the upper right corner of any page
  2. Tap “Membership” in the menu on the left
  3. Tap the "Cancel Account" button in the “Membership settings” section
  4. Fill out the short survey and tap “Cancel Basic Membership"

Premium members: You will not receive any future charges. Your account will downgrade to our Basic (free) membership at the end of your current paid subscription period.To cancel:


Turn off the auto-renewal feature by following these steps:

  1. Tap on your name in the upper right corner of any page
  2. Tap “Membership” in the menu on the left
  3. Tap the "Turn off auto-renew" prompt in your Membership Settings section
  4. Fill out the short survey and tap the “Turn off Auto-Renew" button

You will receive an email confirming that your cancellation was successful.
